Retreat Objectives
Participants will:
- Identify and demonstrate an awareness of self as a nurse healer.
- Recognize the need to reclaim the healer within.
- Understand the concept of the wounded healer and how it applies to nursing.
- Identify the role of increased consciousness as a way of enhancing self-
healing skills.
- Demonstrate a personal awareness of the nurse’s need for self care.
- Define horizontal violence and identify at least 2 ways to cope with it.
Program Details:
Retreat Cost: $1000. Space limited to 40 participants (maximum) per retreat
